The Great "Hippie" Pumpkin Caper. Decorate your pumpkins with a "60's" or "70's" Theme. Come support the Buchanan-Haralson Public Library and the Haralson County Historical Society and admire the artistic “pumpkin decorating” abilities of our local school children!
Trick or Treat Cars are Welcome! Costume contest. Hot Dogs $1. Pumpkin Decorating Contest.
